General Information

**All GAMES will be played at:

Game Time at The Grounds
Cabot, Arkansas

3 Game guarantee: 2 pool play games on Saturday. Single elimination bracket play on Sunday.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to first game. 

Gate fee: 
       
 $15 adults, $10 for 12 and under, kids 6 and under are free.  
Weekend pass $25 

Concessions available, card only.

Each team will receive 2 wristbands at the door: 1 for the head coach, and 1 for the assistant coach or a clock/score keeper. Both people must sign in. 

RULES
All teams provide 2 BALLS FOR WARM-UP and/or GAME BALLS
18 minute halves. Running clock in pool play and bracket play, UNTIL LAST 1 MINUTE OF GAME. 
Full court press allowed at any point during the game unless a team is up by 20 or more. 
** 2 timeouts per game. 
No overtime in pool play. 
Two minute overtime in bracket play. Sudden death in 2nd overtime, first score wins. 
Clock stops in overtime.
Fouls: One and one at 7 team fouls, shoot 2 after 10 team fouls.

***Players are allowed to play for one team only, unless they are playing in a different age group. 

**Have 2 forms of identification for your players in case of protested players. $100 protest, must be done during game. 

Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their players and parents. 
*NO PROFANITY ALLOWED BY COACHES OR PLAYERS! Automatic technical foul will be enforced. 
**If any parent steps foot onto the court, that will result in an automatic technical for your team, and that parent will be banned from returning to any future games. 

*** Each team will provide either a SCOREKEEPER or a CLOCKKEEPER for each game played.  Please ask them to keep integrity with books and clocks. It’s for the kids at the end of the day. We just want a neutral unbiased game kept to the best of our ability. As coaches, we know how it is. 

***Please be on time. Games may run early/late. It is your responsibility to be ready to play when your game comes up. 

*** UNIFORMS 
If possible, some teams don't have 2 jerseys...
pool play - first team listed is home team. They will wear lighter jerseys. Visiting team wears darker colors. 
Bracketplay - higher seed is home team. 
If a team only has one Jersey, I just ask that we work together to make it work for both teams. Ultimately we want the kids to have more opportunities to get better, no matter the situation. 

***Please pick up after yourselves in the bench area, pick up trash 🗑️, etc.
